Susan Brackett Appointed General Manager
Rusken Packaging is excited to announce the promotion of Susan Brackett. Beginning her career with Rusken in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative in Jackson, TN, Susan’s continuous hard work and dedication has earned her the new role as the General Manager of our Knoxville, TN facility.
“Susan is a proven leader and I believe that her skillset and determination will set the course to grow Knoxville into a market leader for Rusken.” says Randy Whiteaker, COO, regarding Susan’s new promotion.
Since her elevation to Site Manager of Knoxville, TN in 2022, Susan’s purposeful efforts of developing a solid, focused team has helped to build the Knoxville business tremendously. As a seasoned corrugated professional with 32 years of experience, 11 with Rusken, Susan is hopeful that her ambition and drive will help to continue bringing our Knoxville facility to the next level.
“I plan to continue building a great team. We are already experiencing growth here in East Tennessee. It’s just the start of great things.” says Susan regarding what to expect from Knoxville in the future.
Similar to Rusken’s own, Susan’s personal core values are drive, integrity, service, and teamwork. Coming from a customer service background, Susan is very passionate about providing a positive customer experience.
When Susan is not busy running the Knoxville facility, she enjoys traveling, playing golf, shooting sport clays, and shopping.
