Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

Direct of Design, Adam Duncan, of our Cullman, AL headquarters facility, was eager to elect Logan Styles as September’s Employee of the Month. As a Junior Structural Designer for Rusken Packaging Inc., Logan has been a part of the Cullman design team for 1 year. Logan embodies Rusken’s core values daily through his earnest work ethic, sincerely putting in all his efforts to ensure his work meets the needs of our customer. As new challenges arise regularly within the bustling design department, Logan maintains a can-do spirit, willing to jump in and learn from any unfamiliar or difficult situation.
