Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

General Manager John Andy Ward, Production Manager Robert Seaberry, and HR Manager Charita McCarrol, all from our Jackson, Mississippi facility, were eager to elect Jerry Sampson as September’s Employee of the Month. Jerry is a Machine Operator for Great Southern Industries (GSI), a Rusken Company. As a part of the GSI Team for 22 years, he has earned the reputation of being a very reliable employee. Jerry exhibits his can-do spirit and savvy problem solving skills daily as he strives to maintain his polished, zero-point work record. Jerry is an exemplary employee, who we are so glad to have as a part of the team!
