Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.
General Manager Jim Baker and Production Manager Jason Ricketts, both of our Jackson, Tennessee facility, did not take long to decide when it came to awarding Tammy Wood with this month’s Employee of the Month recognition. When asked what made Tammy standout among her peers, here is what Jason said:
Tammy has been with Rusken for 14 years, working in various roles throughout her career, her most recent as Shipping Supervisor. Tammy is a true key player at Team Rusken-Jackson and leads by example, living our Core Values daily. Tammy can always be depended on to be here and give 100% and is passionate that those around her do the same. Tammy’s time in the plant has given her a wealth of knowledge, and her diligence is to be commended. Tammy is the first one volunteering to jump in and tackle whatever task is at hand, she is always positive that it will and can be done. Tammy’s attitude, attention to detail, her concern for her fellow worker and enthusiasm to help or train anyone interested, is why she is so key to not only Rusken-Jackson, but a tremendous representative for our entire organization.
