From Design to Delivery, a Customer Collaboration Success Story
A true partnership to create a custom package design showcasing the R.E. Garrison brand!
We are thrilled to highlight our recent collaboration with R.E. Garrison Trucking Inc. (“R.E. Garrison”), located in Vinemont, AL, to create a visually stunning custom package design, including enhanced graphics and printing. Working in tandem from the design prototype phase to production and delivery, this project allowed us to not only put our packaging expertise to work, but our creativity skills too!
Magan Bartlett of R.E. Garrison was looking for a packaging option for their “Employee Owned” items, and reached out to one of our experienced sales reps, Kristi Moore, to discuss initial ideas for this project. According to Magan, “Anytime we can patron our local industries, we do, we were thrilled with the outcome of our partnership! When I called Kristi with this idea for a specialty box, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was relieved to know that they (Rusken) handled everything in-house from design to delivery.” Kristi and Magan then began collaborating with Adam Duncan and Sabrina Harbin, within our design team, on a packaging solution with 3D graphics, branding, and the structural design to fit their needs.
Working with our designers, various options were previewed and adjusted throughout the prototype phase. Once the colors, branding, inside printing and logos were agreed upon, a finalized print was created, and the structural design phase completed. Following samples and approval by the R.E. Garrison team, it was time to complete the final details in preparation for a successful production and delivery.
“Kristi, Sabrina, Adam and I were able to meet in person to view the mock-ups and types of boxes. We wanted a box that employees & customers would be impressed with and would keep in their space; we achieved that goal. The box we chose was the perfect size to hold our “Employee Owned” items, and Sabrina’s design gave a bold statement. I can’t wait for the next project!” said Magan Bartlett.
