Employee of the Month: Ryan Trimble

Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

CEO, Greg Rusk, Director of Operators, Will Rusk, and Shipping Manager, Greg White, all from our Cullman, AL headquarters facility, were eager to elect Ryan Trimble as October’s Employee of the Month. A success story from our first group of management trainees, Ryan currently is Cullman’s Scheduling and Expediting Manager. Through the completion of our management trainee program, Ryan was able to learn all aspects of the business, helping him to understand how each step of the process works and succeed at his current position.

Ryan’s dedication is shown through his can-do spirit. He not only helps schedule and expedite orders through production, but he helps his co-workers in many ways to make sure at the end of the day, each order has been completed and the customers’ needs are met.

We are fortunate to call Ryan one of our leaders and glad to have him as a part of the team!
