Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

General Manager John Andy Ward, Production Manager Robert Seaberry, and HR Manager Charita McCarrol, all from our Jackson, Mississippi facility, were thrilled to award Employee of the Month to Johnathan Steel. Johnathan is a Receiving Forklift Driver for Great Southern Industries, a Rusken Company (GSI). Johnathan has been with GSI for four and a half years, always showing up for work on time, and importantly, with a great attitude! He is also consistently ready to help his teammates without any complaint. He is eager to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Johnathan is an exemplary employee, who we are so glad to have as a part of the team!
