Meet RCDP Trainee: Riley Goff
We are pleased to introduce Rusken Career Development Program (RCDP) trainee, Riley Goff!
After graduating from Auburn University, class of 2022, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Riley learned of the Rusken RCDP program as a Rusken accounting intern. As a recent college graduate seeking a career in a continually growing yet stable industry, Riley decided to apply to be a part of RCDP.
As part of the RCDP, Riley will rotate through each Rusken department learning various functions, while taking on projects and contributing to the organization’s goals. Currently in his most anticipated rotation, the Design Department, Riley has just started his second rotation after finishing Production. From visiting a recycled paper mill to watching the finished product ship to our customer from the production floor, Riley has seen it all! After a physically demanding few weeks, Riley is completing his first rotation with a newfound appreciation of our hardworking production employees.
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, when Riley isn’t busy with the RCDP, he enjoys watching sports, water skiing & wakeboarding, and golfing.
