Meet RCDP Trainee: Bryant Ridgeway
We are pleased to introduce Rusken Career Development Program (RCDP) trainee, Bryant Ridgeway!
After graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Bryant learned of the Rusken RCDP program as a student at the University of Alabama career fair. Impacted by the captivating career fair presentation on what it is like to work at Rusken Packaging, Bryant applied for the RCDP.
As part of the RCDP, Bryant will rotate through each Rusken department learning various functions, while taking on projects and contributing to the organization’s goals. After completion of his first rotation, quality with Asher Noah, Bryant has learned that continual improvement of our production process is key to running the plant efficiently and to our customer’s satisfaction.
“When I have been given difficult projects, I have learned to consult our experienced employees. I am able to discuss my challenges with employees that have been in the industry for years and use their knowledge for insights as to how to solve the challenge I am facing.”, said Bryant regarding how he has overcome obstacles during this rotation.
Born and raised in Addison, Alabama, when Bryant isn’t busy with the RCDP, he enjoys playing golf and watching football.
