Employee of the Month: Michael Seaberry

Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

General Manager John Andy Ward, Production Manager Robert Seaberry, and HR Manager Charita McCarrol, all from our Jackson, Mississippi facility, were eager to elect Michael Seaberry as March’s Employee of the Month. Michael is a Machine Operator for Great Southern Industries (GSI), a Rusken Company. Michael has been with GSI for fifteen and a half years, always showing up for work ready to put in the time and effort to not only make boxes, but to do so correctly. He is a very dependable employee, whose tenure in the industry has earned him a reputation of being a very knowledgeable, top-notch Machine Operator. Michael is eager to do whatever it takes to make sure the boxes being produced by his machine meet our customers’ standards. Michael is an exemplary employee, who we are so glad to have as a part of the team!
