Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

Regional General Manager, Jim Baker, and Plant Manager, Scott Raby, of our Clarksville, TN facility, were excited to elect Brittany Davis as June’s Employee of the Month. As the Safety & Quality Manager for Rusken Packaging of Tennessee, Brittany joined Clarksville in September 2022, and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Brittany’s earnest work ethic and savvy-problem solving skills aid her in overcoming any safety and/or quality challenges that arise during the workday. Our Clarksville Team knows they can rely on Brittany to not only maintain a safe work environment, but to also maintain a positive attitude. Brittany is a vital part of the Clarksville Team!
