Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

General Manager Tim Hughes and Production Manager Quincy Gooden, both of our Heflin, Alabama facility, were excited to collaborate with their leadership team to award Michael Smith Employee of the Month. As a Forklift Operator for our Heflin plant, Michael has been with Rusken for one year. Michael exemplifies Rusken’s core values daily, using his savvy problem solving skills and can-do spirit to keep the production lines moving! Michael never misses a day, continually showing up to ensure our customers get their orders on time. Michael is a great asset to not only the Heflin team, but to our entire organization.

Michael is an exemplary employee, who we are so glad to have as a part of the team!
