Employee of the Month: Michelle Sinclair

Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.
Regional General Manager Jim Baker and Production Manager Brandon Cornwell, from our Jackson, Tennessee facility, were eager to award Employee of the Month to Michelle Sinclair. As a Production Finishing Operator, Michelle arrives early to work with her positive, can-do spirit every day! As part of the Jackson Team for 2 years, Michelle is capable of setting up and operating gluers, stitchers, and various other finishing processes. When asked to select this month’s Spotlight Aware recipient, Brandon Cornwell had this to say about Michelle:
“Her professional attitude, demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge aid in her ability to effectively train others on finishing operations. She is a versatile and savvy problem solver, knowledgeable of her equipment and processes, which contribute to her efficiency in the setup and operation of her machines.”
