Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.
General Manager Jim Baker and Production Manager Brandon Cornwell, from our Jackson, Tennessee facility, were eager to award Employee of the Month to Kenneth Nathan. As the 3CDC Die Cutter Operator, Kenneth maintains a reputation for his proficiency. For nearly 16 years Kenneth has continued to grow as a part of the Jackson Team, making a role model for newer employees. When asked to select this month’s Spotlight Award recipient, Jim Baker had this to say about Kenneth:
“Kenneth arrives to work every day with a ‘can-do’ attitude and is willing and able to accomplish any task set before him. He has excellent attendance and is one of the first to the work area at the start of every shift and after breaks. His professional attitude, demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge aid in his ability to effectively train and lead his team. He is a versatile and savvy problem solver, knowledgeable of his equipment and processes, which contribute to his commendable efficiency in the setup and operation of his machine.”
