Jim Baker Appointed Chief Sales Officer

We are excited to announce the promotion of Jim Baker. Beginning his career with Rusken in 2004 as Cullman’s Corporate Sales Manager, Jim most recently served as Regional General Manager (GM) of our Clarksville and Jackson, TN facility. As of October 2024, Jim will be beginning his new role for the organization as Chief Sales Officer.

“Jim will help drive sales efforts, encourage collaboration within the sales group and guide the company vision,” says Greg Rusk, CEO, regarding Jim’s new promotion.

Since his elevation to Regional GM of Clarksville and Jackson, TN in 2023, Jim has helped grow our footprint, capabilities, and sales for both our Jackson and Clarksville facilities. As a seasoned corrugated professional with 35 years of experience, 20 with Rusken, Jim is hopeful that his proven successful track record and leadership skills are what it will take to unify our company’s marketing and sales efforts.
