Employee of the Month: Lisa Smith

Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

General Manager Jim Baker and Production Manager Jason Ricketts, from our Jackson, Tennessee facility, were eager to award Employee of the Month to Lisa Smith. Lisa is the Human Resource Manager at the Jackson facility, but don’t be surprised if you find her helping in Customer Service. As Jackson’s longest tenured employee, Lisa has been an integral part of  Team Jackson for seventeen years! When asked to select this month’s Spotlight Award recipient, Jim Baker had this to say about Lisa:

Lisa a key player on Team Rusken-Jackson, leading by example when it comes to our Core Values. Lisa comes in every day and can be depended on to not only be present but give 100%, encouraging those around her to do the same. Lisa is the first one to volunteer, eager to jump-in and tackle whatever task is at hand without hesitation or question. She is always positive that it will, and can, be done. Lisa’s concern for her fellow worker and enthusiasm to help, or train, anyone is why she is so key to not only Jackson, but to Rusken Packaging as a whole.

Lisa is an exemplary employee, who we are so glad to have as a part of the team. Congratulations on the recognition Lisa! We would like to thank you for all that you contribute, and for always exemplifying our Core Values.
