Employee of the Month: Rodrick Spencer

Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

General Manager John Andy Ward, Production Manager Robert Seaberry, and HR Manager Sonett Watson, all from our Jackson, Mississippi facility, were eager to elect Rodrick Spencer as August’s Employee of the Month. Rodrick is a shipping department planner for our Jackson, MS facility. As a part of the Jackson Team for 3 years, he has earned the reputation of being a very reliable employee. Rodrick displays his positive, can-do spirit and savvy problem-solving skills daily all while maintaining his earnest, hard-work ethic. Rodrick is the first to offer a helping hand to assist with not only the shipping supervisor duties, but also to operate a forklift whenever needed.
