Rusken’s Employee of the Month celebrates an employee who has gone above and beyond in exhibiting Rusken’s Core Values, which include earnest, being a savvy problem solver, and exhibiting a can-do spirit.

General Manager Tim Hughes and Production Manager Quincy Gooden, both of our Heflin, Alabama facility, were excited to collaborate with their leadership team to award Maria Yanez Employee of the Month. As a production line worker for the main Heflin plant, Maria has been with Rusken for 6 years. Maria exemplifies Rusken’s core values daily through her unwavering positive attitude and earnest work ethic. Exhibiting her can-do spirit, Maria is always ready to help her teammates get the job done! Maria is a great asset to not only the Heflin team, but to our entire organization.
