2024 Annual Sales Meeting
Rusken Packaging successfully hosted our annual sales meeting on Thursday, September 19 in Cullman, AL. Not only does our annual sales meeting allow for our sales team to network with each other, but it also allows us to hone essential skills, optimize performance, share best practices, and clarify processes and procedures.
“We had a fantastic sales meeting with special guest speakers, a lot of information was shared to make sure we are all aligned, and we had a lot of fun to close it out. We focused on training and development and our culture.,” said Nate Henry, VP of Sales, regarding the benefits of this year’s annual sales meeting.
This year’s annual sales meeting took place at Terri Pines Country Club in Cullman, AL and drew more than 80 team members who attended a full schedule of presentations, networking activities, and an award ceremony celebrating our successes from 2023, which included:
- 2023 Growth Award, presented to Alex Floyd
- 2023 Top Sales Performance, presented to Larry Harden
- 2023 Rookie of the Year, presented to David Schumann
- 2023 Top Closer Award, presented to Jeremy Joyce
- 2023 Bobby Rusk Award, highlighting the employee that best embodies the core values of our founder, presented to Ron Smarkusky
The annual sales meeting allowed our entire sales team to reflect on the year coming to an end and to begin strategizing for the upcoming new year. Our new strategies and tactics for the upcoming year will further exhibit our dedication to the satisfaction of our customers.
