2023 Annual Sales Meeting
Rusken Packaging successfully hosted our annual sales meeting on Thursday, September 22 in Cullman, AL. Not only does our annual sales meeting allow for our sales team to network with each other, but it also allows us to hone essential skills, optimize performance, share best practices, and clarify processes and procedures.
“Renewing our annual sales meeting provides us an opportunity to align the entire sales and management team with our strategy, direction, and culture. It is important for the sales force to reconnect with coworkers across our many locations and share knowledge and best practices,” said Nate Henry, VP of Sales, regarding the importance of our annual sales meeting.
This year’s annual sales meeting took place at Terri Pines Country Club in Cullman, AL and drew more than 80 team members who attended a full schedule of presentations, networking activities, and an award ceremony celebrating our successes from 2022, which included:

- 2022 Bobby Rusk Award, highlighting the employee that best embodies the core values of our founder
The annual sales meeting allowed our entire sales team to reflect on the year coming to an end and to being strategizing for the upcoming new year. Our new strategies and tactics for the upcoming year will further exhibit our dedication to the satisfaction of our customers.
